Seller Warrants the title of the animal is free from all adverse claims to ownership, use, or possession. Seller agrees to the Consignment terms – to release or disclose any known pre-existing issues or conditions; that the animal is not a cribber, wind sucker, stall weaver, or parrot mouthed; has not been nerved or have navicular disease or is foundered- and so forth- as listed within the Consignor Agreement.  Owner warrants consigned horse to be in sound, healthy condition, and has the privilege of offering additional limited warrantees or guarantees on their horse. You, as the Consignor, represent and warrant to the Buyer, Sandhill Select Horses LLC, and to Jeremy & Jennifer Knoles to include, but not limited to the following list and any obvious blemishes noted below.
