Buyer hereby purchases and promises to pay Sandhill Select Horses LLC the selling price set forth above for the horse described herein. This purchase and payment therefore is made in accordance with the additional terms and conditions set forth in the “Terms & Conditions” as printed online. By signing below, Buyer acknowledges he/she has read, understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and agreement. In order to secure payment of the purchase price and all other expenses incurred by Sandhill Select Horses LLC. Buyer hereby grants Sandhill Select Horses LLC., its successors and assigns, a security interest in and to the above described horse and other horses purchased and any other proceeds, progeny, and/or products thereof until full payment for all purchases referred to herein is made, and the authority, on behalf of Buyer, to execute any documents necessary to perfect such security interest. *

Buyer is Responsible for arranging transportation. Seller and or Agent will try to help Buyer; however, Seller and Agent assumes no responsibility for any injuries, sickness or death that could arise while horse is in transporter’s care. Buyer understands Seller and Agent do not endorse any particular transport company. Buyer is responsibility for all transport costs. *

Full payment must be received and paid IN FULL prior to release for Transportation. Board will be covered for 72 hours after the sale. Additional board cost of an estimated $25 per day will ensue 72 hours after sale. Please coordinate, with Seller or Agent, a time with to pick-up at least 24 hours in advance. *

Limited Warranties: 1. Seller warrants the title of the animal is free from all adverse claims to ownership, use or possession 2. Buyer understands that the Auctioneer, Sandhill Select Horses LLC, Jeremy or Jennifer Knoles, Owner or Seller makes no warranties or representations whatsoever, expressed, or implied, with respect to the Horse, or warranties as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. Both parties to this agreement acknowledge that the Horse is sold “as is” and with all faults, if any. 3. Buyer and Seller both agree and acknowledges Buyer is relying on their own investigation, inspection, and judgment of the horse, and his/her own judgement entering into this agreement. Buyer and Seller hereby expressly waives any representation, warranty, agreement, promise or information, written or oral, made by any party or person other than as specifically set forth in this agreement. 4. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has had the option to review the conditions, conformation, soundness, and health of the horse, including any Veterinarian examinations, additional photos and videos, at Buyer’s expense, before the sale. Buyer understands all mares and stallions sell with absolutely NO guarantees of breeding soundness, expressed or implied. Buyer acknowledges Buyer has had the option to get any of their own Veterinarian exams or testing- to verify breeding soundness – done prior to sale and has agrees to accept horse as is. 5. Buyer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Sale when registering to bid online and all conditions of sale will be applicable to this purchase. 6. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has had the option to conduct suitable evaluations and inspections and is satisfied with the horse’s condition. *

I acknowledge and agree

Title to, risk of loss, including sickness or death passes to the buyer at the final fall of the Auctioneer’s gavel, which is the point in time where bidding has closed online on the particular lot. Immediately after the horse is sold Buyer assumes all risk of loss, responsibility, maintenance, care, and expenses for the horse during transport or while waiting to be transported/picked up at the Seller’s facility or another facility. Buyer understands Buyer is responsible for any vet bills that could incur from this point forward. Title and all risks are assumed by the Buyer whether or not delivery or pick up of the horse has been made. Delivery or Pickup of a purchased horse shall be contingent upon the Buyer making a full settlement. *

Buyer understands that Sandhill Select Horses LLC is acting only as an agent for the purpose of this sale. All horses are sold “as is” with all existing conditions and defects, if any. Any guarantees made are strictly between Owner and Buyer. Owners are bound by these Conditions of Sale as well as the Consignment Agreement completed upon entry to the sale. *
